The Chestnut, also known as the Bread Tree, for the Ancients represented the connection between heaven and earth, a cosmic mediator between the spiritual and physical worlds. Chestnut twigs were often used to produce protection talismans, which were given to travellers. In the Italian popular tradition, the chestnut is a symbol of foresight and generosity. In magic, however, it is a symbol of longevity and chestnuts and sea urchins are decorations used for the Samhain festival.

NB: it is a handmade product, entirely handmade. The photo must be considered purely indicative, since each piece is subject to slight modifications (fabrics and finishes), which however do not alter its peculiar characteristics, increasing its value.
