Fairy Ivy - sitting
Porcelain fairy
Fairy dressed in a chenille velvet dress, voile, finished with lace, leaves, flowers, coir, bells and wings.
In ancient times, Ivy was a plant sacred to Bacchus (for the Greeks, Dionysus) and symbolizes continuity and immortality. In Celtic mythology, ivy is connected to the cult of the snake and dragon, which represent symbols of the afterlife.
NB: it is a handmade product, entirely handmade. The photo must be considered purely indicative, since each piece is subject to slight modifications (fabrics and finishes), which however do not alter its peculiar characteristics, increasing its value.
Please specify any special requests (concerning the color of the dress or hair) when ordering.
